Through my travels and experiences, I have gained a unique perspective on the role of food in our lives and the impact it has on our health and the environment. I deep dive into the under world of our food system, how it's produced and grown, the dark side of child labour and human trafficking, deforestation, pollution and our broken planet. Food is and always will be global and I believe that as consumers we are never too small to make a change that collectively can fix our planet
